PSK Showcases Cutting-edge Technology At ASMIHA 2025, The Annual Scientific Meeting Of The Indonesian Heart Association, Leading The New Wave Of Cardiac Rehabilitation.

From October 1 to 4, 2025, the Annual Scientific Meeting of the Indonesian Heart Association (ASMIHA 2025) – Indonesia’s annual flagship event in cardiology – was grandly held in Jakarta. Aimed at fostering in-depth exchanges among professionals in the cardiovascular field, the conference featured a comprehensive agenda covering scientific sessions, thematic seminars, cultural evenings and various social activities. It was also honored to have the participation of many internationally renowned authoritative societies, including the American Heart Association (AHA), the Asian Society of Cardiovascular Imaging (ASCI), the Asia Pacific Society of Cardiology (APSC) and the American College of Cardiology (ACC), making it an unprecedentedly grand gathering.

During the conference, two distinguished Chinese cardiologists – Professor Meng Xiaoping and Dr. Leng Xiuyu – were invited to deliver keynote speeches. Dr. Leng Xiuyu systematically introduced the mature application and outstanding clinical outcomes of Enhanced External Counterpulsation (EECP) technology in China, highlighting its pivotal role in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases. Professor Meng Xiaoping, on the other hand, elaborated in depth on the innovative “5+1 Prescription Model for Cardiac Rehabilitation”, providing valuable and replicable practical experience for the integrated management of cardiac rehabilitation in regions outside China, especially in the Southeast Asian market.

Professor Meng Xiaoping also served as the chair of a symposium on the comprehensive treatment of hypertension and chronic coronary syndrome during the conference, conducting in-depth discussions with the participating experts.
