Shipping Arrangements
Shipping is not included in the product price unless otherwise stated in writing.
Shipping, freight, delivery, customs duties, taxes, insurance, and any other related charges (where applicable) will be quoted and confirmed separately by our authorized sales representative before the order is processed.
Delivery Schedule
Estimated delivery times will be communicated by our sales representative after the order has been confirmed and full payment has been received.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including supplier availability, logistics, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Installation
Where installation services are required, the installation schedule will be arranged separately between EECP GLOBAL (Greatage Meditech Sdn. Bhd.) and the customer.
Installation charges are not included unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Delivery Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address and contact information provided are accurate and complete.
EECP GLOBAL (Greatage Meditech Sdn. Bhd.) shall not be responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
